3-2-1 Homeowner Referral Program
As a valued homeowner at American Heritage Homes, share the pleasure of home ownership by referring your friends, family, and coworkers.
If they purchase a new home from American Heritage Homes, you will be eligible to receive up to $3,000 as our way of saying thank you.
All your future neighbor has to do is list your name on the registration card during their first visit to the sales model.
$3,000 for referrals without a realtor
$2,000 for referrals with a realtor
$1,000 for showing your
finished home to a potential buyer
If the potential buyers list more than one referral source, the referral bonus will be split between the number of sources. To qualify for
the $1,000 home showing bonus, the appointment must be set up through an American Heritage Homes sales agent. If multiple
finished homes are shown,
the bonus will be split up equally between the current homeowners. The referral bonus will be processed upon receipt of a completed “W-9”
Form after closing. This program supersedes all previous referral programs.
