Referral Program
1) Any existing Homeowner who brings a potential customer to AHH who goes to contract and closing gets $5,000 at the new customer’s lot closing. The potential customer must specify the Homeowner’s name as the referral when they fill out their registration card.
2) When an existing Homeowner’s home is shown by an AHH sales representative to a potential customer and that customer goes to contract and closing, then the existing Homeowners receive $1,000 at the new customer’s lot closing.
3) When an existing Homeowners home is shown by an AHH sales representative to a potential customer, then the Homeowner receives a $100 gas card.
4) An existing Homeowner who sells their home in one of our communities and chooses to build again with AHH receives a $5,000 Repeat Homebuyer credit.
