he entire American Heritage Homes team will genuinely strive for zero defects on your new home prior to settlement. As part of our quality centered approach to customer care, we work within a system created to make your homebuying experience pleasant and hassle-free:
• Design Center Selections: Within 30 days of contract, visit our Design Center to personalize with professionally coordinated color schemes, designer kitchens & baths, flooring, lighting, fixtures, built-ins, decks, patios and a tempting array of finishing touches, as well as security, home entertainment and other lifestyle options.
• Pre-Construction Meeting: Meet your construction team to review every major step of construction, review floorplans & site plans, selected options and your construction schedule, and learn what to expect in the upcoming months as your home is built.
• Pre-Drywall Orientation: Tour your new home and observe it after the mechanical stage. You will be able to see the quality behind the walls and confirm options selections and the location of doors, windows and closets, as well as electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Pre-Settlement Demonstration: Review all the features of your new home, learn about maintenance and our warranty program, and confirm that we have delivered your new home with all selections correctly installed.
• Settlement: Prior to the closing of your home, you will have the opportunity to review any discrepancies noted during your pre-settlement demonstration and identify any further issues that need to be addressed.
• 90 Day Inspection: At your follow-up inspection, we will perform an additional walkthrough with you to address any warrantable items that need attention.
• 10 Month Quality Walk: Your 10 month follow-up is your opportunity to resolve any issues and review items in your home. We even perform complimentary nail pops and caulk at this visit. |
